ok yeah...you get the picture. 

we were nervous.

we were excited.

and it was nearly full house outside.when someone told me that i made a funny "aiyeep" sound and dropped to the floor. heh??? what happened to the 20-strong crowd? FULL HOUSE IS ABOUT 100 PEOPLE. i guess i shoulda realised more people would come.

our first public performance of animal farm.

i know i don't have many individual lines, but the nerves...are...bad.

rewind.

we are in the makeup room, getting our uh, makeup(what else) done. celeste kindly helps me to do my eyes since i have no inkling whatsover how eyeliner works. i note to myself that i should NOT rub my eyes cuz it'd smudge the mascara/eyeliner. like i did earlier. so i went around looking like a panda.o.o mad rush for the makeup. celeste and sarah brought their own, the smart people. anyway, we all managed to get ourselves made up and dressed eventually.

fast-forward. 

the play is  starting. it has run all the way to the battle of the cowshed. there was this kid in the first row, upon seeing mr jones's toy gun, said something about firing 20 rounds into the animals. uh, kid, firstly this isnt some violent movie thing.secondly, it's plastic.

nothing could prepare us for what came next.

as mr jones "pulled the trigger" kat "dropped dead". this was met by a loud cry of  "awesome" from that kid. nah, it wasn't "awesome" it was more like "AWESOMEZZZ". yup that's more like it.

the entire cast was trying not to laugh. man, that kid is annoying but adorable. lol.

gosh i wonder who that kid is. well, he WAS paying attention. =p.
